I wanted to get that sense when these stunning miracles appear in Spring and they open in a vase and bend and spill their toungues over the vase at you shamelessly .
As is my way these shapes veer towards abstraction and here much space is left creating a singluar plane which is happliy at odds with the three dimensionality of the flowers coming towards. Conflict and tension - Red - da na - a powerful piece!!
