Just sitting with the flowers. Looking and following their flow. Getting under their skin. Playing with materials.
The highlight of my week is the flower delivery - small bunches of interesting flowers from Young Blooms tracing the seasons and embracing colour, texture, form.
I love to explore them visually - experimenting with media and finding the moment when the poetry of the flower is described through collage, paint and line. 
These paintings look particularly lovely in sets fo 2-3-5 or more.
A3 in size they would offer just a glimpse of joy anywhere in the house.
